Your pass is valid for 90 days. As long as you move in within that window — including a relocation — no new pass is needed. If you move in after the 90 days have expired, a new Rental Access pass is required.

Yes. If you don't find a property within 30 days of purchasing your Rental Access pass, you can request a full refund. After 30 days, the fee is non-refundable.
